It’s important to mention that we have had already 3 mystery shoppers (external quality service auditors) during the last three months, and the valet team always proved themselves professional and achieved 100 % score without fail. All in all, I’m happy having your company assisting our hotel, and thanks a lot for your continuous support. On behalf of Bellservices and Front Doors Team, we would like please to THANK ATLANTIS VALTRANS team for always assisting us at the bell desk and porte cochere, of course without compromising the operation at the valet/main entrance . This past 2 weeks we have been very busy with the front door and belldesk operations and the team has always been there – ready to support us with the operation. The team work we have especially during busy period have been very strong that even we do not discuss the operation on daily basis, we already know how we can help and assist each other. Again, THANK YOU TEAM for always blowing away our guests – both internal and external guests.

I was really pleased with the services provided by your company, especially on a very short notice order. Mr. Kamel was a great help, communicative and responsive, an example of professionalism on a mission that was not that easy as we had defaults on the gulf carts (battery issues). We will definitively keep contact, thank you again for the great team work.

This is to place on record the excellent service provided by you in getting the repairs of my car done. My car was scratched by the valet person in Jumeirah Creekside Hotel and I thought as the regular practice, will have to go through lot of pain points for getting the same rectified. From the time I got in touch with you till the time of getting the car back, it was the smoothest customer experience. The professionalism with which it was handled is commendable. Really appreciate and thank you for the timely and prompt service provided. More than customer service it was customer delight. Once again thanks for the efforts and excellent service.
